This gourmet market will debut in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood this summer.
New York Butcher Shoppe has signed a deal for 2,425 square feet in Park Square, located at the corner of Park Road and McDonald Avenue.
It’s the first North Carolina location for that specialty concept. Expect that shop to sell meats and cheeses as well as prepared entrees such as bacon-stuffed pork chops, eggplant Parmesan, quiches, side dishes, salads and sandwiches. Think hand-cut steaks from premium Angus beef in addition to chicken, pork, veal and lamb selections as well as fresh sausages.
New York Butcher Shoppe also features international grocery items, high-quality vegetables and charcoal.
That tenant is an “ideal” fit for Park Square and Dilworth with its high-end and gourmet offerings, says Robbie Adams, with MPV Properties.
She represented the landlord in the transaction. Sean Reymann with Reymann Restaurant Brokerage represented the tenant.
New York Butcher Shoppe was founded in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina in 1999. It has expanded with locations in Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
Marsh Properties is behind Park Square. That newly developed project sits at the corner of Park Road and McDonald Avenue. MPV Properties recently announced that Taco Mama had signed a deal for 2,520 square feet there.
